Can you make this print in a custom size/ on a different product?

Are you available for commissions?

Do you deliver to my country?

I hope I do! Free shipping applies to UK customers - Europe, North America & the rest of the world will need to check shipping costs upon checkout as it varies for each country.

 

When will my item be shipped?

At the moment, I aim to ship within 1-3 days of receipt of the order - I send all items 1st class (UK) for speedy delivery.

 

Do you accept returns?

Yes - as long as you get in contact with me within 14 days of delivery, and items are returned within 30 days delivery, in a 'as new' saleable condition.

 

I've decided to return an item, how do I do this?

Please get in contact with me via email with details about the issue.

 

My item has got damaged/lost in the post - can I get a replacement or refund?

Absolutely - as long as it's reported within 14 days of delivery, drop me an email hello@emilystalley.co.uk and I can resolve the issue for you.
